Introversion beyond the stereotypes. It’s about the source of our energy (and drain). Too much peopling or other inputs drains our energy. Solitude, quiet, digital minimalism, etc. is how we replenish. It’s not about being shy. Or afraid to put ourselves out there. It’s about paying attention to what we need to feel our best and creating an environment to support that. There’s nothing wrong with being an introvert. Do you!
