“Personal Information” is any recorded information about an identifiable individual, other than information exempted by applicable privacy laws (e.g. business contact information such as name, title, business address). Aggregated or anonymized data from which the identity of an individual cannot be determined is not Personal Information. Wise Introvert reserves the right to use
Personal Information to create aggregated or anonymized data and to use such data in any way that The Company, Wise Introvert (Marla Hunter-Bellavia/Ocean Spirit Communications) determines appropriate.
Wise Introvert only collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information for purposes that would be considered reasonable in the circumstances and only such Personal Information as is required for the purposes of providing services or information to participants, partner organizations, and others.
HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
Wise Introvert uses only fair and lawful methods to collect Personal Information. Wise Introvert may collect Personal Information verbally or in writing (including via electronic media) from participants, partner organizations, or other third parties.
CONSENT
Unless permitted by law, Wise Introvert does not collect Personal Information without first obtaining the consent of the individual concerned. However, Wise Introvert may seek consent to use and disclose Personal Information after it has been collected in those cases where Wise Introvert wishes to use the information for a purpose not identified in this Policy or not previously identified or for which
the individual concerned has not previously consented.
By providing Personal Information to Wise Introvert you agree and consent that we may collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If Wise Introvert plans to collect Personal Information for purposes other than those disclosed in this Privacy Policy, it will inform you of those purposes at the time that the Personal Information is collected and seek

- Manage our website and other information technology infrastructure;

The Personal Information we may collect from each individual will depend upon our relationship with that individual and which services the individual wishes to obtain from Wise Introvert.
Wise Introvert does not otherwise sell, trade, barter, exchange, or disclose for consideration any Personal Information it has collected.
eCOMMERCE
Wise Introvert may from time to time on its website offer eCommerce services which might include the sale of goods or services offered by Wise Introvert or by third party vendors.
In the course of offering eCommerce services, Wise Introvert may collect, store, analyze, and use Personal Information that users disclose to Wise Introvert in the course of concluding eCommerce transactions, including without limitation: contact information (such as name, email address, and physical address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date).
Personal Information will be used by Wise Introvert, by third parties on Wise Introvert’s behalf and by third party vendors for purposes relating to eCommerce transactions, including without limitation fulfillment of orders, billing, payment, marketing, and customer service matters.
By entering into eCommerce transactions on the Wise Introvert website, you consent to the collection, storage, analysis, and use of your Personal Information for the purposes set forth above. Our web servers track general information about visitors such as their domain name, time of visit and which pages are being accessed. This information is used internally, only in aggregate form, to better serve visitors by helping us to:

FELLOW PARTICIPANTS
We must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. You agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Program participant. We respect your confidentiality and proprietary information, ideas, plan and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same fellow rights of fellow Program participants and of the Coach and the Company.
You agree (1) not to infringe any Program participant’s or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company, (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions. By paying for the program, you further agree that (4) all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belong solely and exclusively to the Company and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and (5) the reproduction, distribution and sales of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited. Further, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood or violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/ or other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
CHANGED TERMS
We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us emailing the new Terms and Conditions. Any use of the Site or Program by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
